LINKS
Title attributes with an explanation of a link destination have been added to those links which do not have text fully describing their destination..
Where possible links are written so that they make sense out of context.
Some web browsers such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, & Opera) can extract the list of links from the current page & let users navigate the site using the list. This website does not contain JavaScript pseudo-links.
All of the links can be followed even if JavaScript is disabled. Internal links do not open in a new window.External links do open in a new window.
The website design has been created using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) making the site content fully legible even for web browsers or browsing devices that do not support style sheets.
Where possible, pages comply with the Accessibility Guidelines or General Principles of Accessible Design laid down by the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) Working Group of the W3C & aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Level Double-A.
The presentation layer has been created in accordance with the W3C Recommendation on Cascade Style Sheets, Level 2 (CSS2).
