When Cullen Recruitment asked us to design their website they gave us the shortest design brief in history - "No smiley faces".

It certainly scuppered our idea of scattering emoticons throughout the site.

Instead we used their tagline "Knowing and Growing Your Talent" as our start point, using images of plant life to represent the different services the company offer.

We still failed to meet the brief. Because although we can't tell if the plants are smiling, our clients certainly were.
