Having successfully traded as AuraGold Holistic Therapies for several years, holistic healer Simone Larraine felt that the time was right to relaunch the business under her own name.

The Brief

As we had worked with Simone on her original AuraGold website and marketing materials, we were delighted when she asked us to create a responsive website and bespoke logo design that was relevant to her new brand.

Our Solution: Responsive Website Design

The new website was built using the WordPress content management system with a bespoke layout design.  The website design was influenced by the stunning image of a nebula, chosen by Simone. This image was used as a background to the website and formed the basis of the colour palette used for the rebrand.

Each of the therapies is given its own page on the website with links to each page forming the websites main navigation menu.  Information about each therapy is contained in a translucent box which “floats” across the page and resizes to fit the size of the device the website is viewed on. As the information about each therapy is comprehensive, each page contains a table of contents which uses anchor links  so that visitors to the ste can quickly navigate to the information they require.

A key element of the rebrand was to ensure that the new website ranked highly for organic searches.  This was achieved by ensuring that each page in the website was optimised for the relevant keyword, all alt and title tags were correctly formatted and that all images were properly sized and optimised for the web before they were uploaded to the website.
